Acceptance
By using this website or our laundry services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Service description
KT Laundry provides self-service laundromats, drop-off wash & fold, and pickup & delivery laundry services in St. Charles County, Missouri. Service availability, hours, and pricing are subject to change.
Orders & payment
Pickup & delivery orders require a $49 minimum. Drop-off wash & fold has an $18 minimum. Payment is processed at delivery (or in-store for drop-off) by credit, debit, or cash. We are not responsible for items left unattended outside our pickup/delivery windows.
Care & liability
We treat every order with care and follow standard industry handling. In the unlikely event of damage or loss caused by us, our liability is limited to ten (10) times the cost of the affected portion of the order, not to exceed $250 per item. Items requiring special handling (heirlooms, dry-clean-only, leather, embellished, etc.) must be flagged at intake.
Website use
The site is provided “as is.” You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt its operation. Trademarks, logos and content remain the property of KT Laundry.
